Hana is starting The 7½ Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle
DNF at 25%. Could not get into it. I was listening to the audiobook and the man doing the women’s voices was pretty dreadful so that may have had something to do with it.

DNF. Pedantic and dull. Inaccuracies in the first 50 pages.

Just read about the most unusual martyr of the Middle Ages: a dog. Yes, St Guinefort was a greyhound.

This book is very well written but it makes me so angry that I have to be careful when I read it. It makes me so angry I can't fall asleep at night. I know I have to finish it but I know it's going to break my heart dammit.

Larson is such a talented writer, and I was already interested in the subject matter. This book isn't going to last long...
