So far - not really feeling the characters in this book. Mostly has to do with the writing unfortunately. They could be the exact same person. I don’t feel like the author did a good job separating the two.

Bet you’d think the girl said that quote above.

Did the author seriously, in the exact same scene, start a fight about sexualizing women yet just before that every single guy at the table watched as Summer and Brenna walked away “two pairs of skinny jeans means two amazing asses for us to salivate over.” Really? This whole entire book is basically the entire house sexualizing women.

What in the....? I feel like I’ve left one book and stepped right into another one.

Oh my God this book is insane! Something crazy happens, so you read faster to get the answer, then something else happens and you don’t have any answers! I’m so stressed out!

Gosh, I have so many expectations going into this book. Actually, that’s a lie. Just one...that it’ll be as amazing as her Something in the Way series.

Ugh. Off to a bad start. The cover and synopsis lead the reader (or me at least) to believe they’re adults. Nope, Bronagh is 17.

Maybe a romcom will get me out of my funk.

Sooo, I will finish the book but it’s a dud.

God, I hate books that are interesting but horribly executed. Adams dad brought his whole family to the country club...yet sat “intimately” with some woman with his hand on her thigh while his wife was off somewhere and the author is going to play it off like he was trying to keep his affairs a secret? It’s such a big deal now that his son Knows he’s unfaithful now? Pretty sure the dude wasn’t hiding it...

I really really hope I get to the point in this series...heck, THIS book, that everyone else seems to love. Right now, I don’t see it and I’m just confused.

What fancy restaurant is open at 2am?? It makes no sense that they would leave a restaurant at an acceptable time and then walk into a club right next door and while Vincent is getting drinks it’s suddenly 2am. Unbelievable.

I had such high hopes...but I am just 61 pages in and I don’t like Vincent. I don’t enjoy their first interaction and I don’t really even like Eve. Hopefully that changes as I move on.

I am so glad that I read the first two books of this series that I did because I am so disappointed in the last two that I’ve read and this one is going the same way.

Seriously?? Josiah did not deserve what he got. The author did terrible by him. :(

Yeah, not really digging this book. I didn’t care for the beginning - don’t care much for having to read about a main characters intimacies with someone other than the significant MC. Cain’s a ‘typical teenager’, ginger wants one, knows the other one loves her, so since she can’t have the first one she’ll take some kisses from number 2, leading him on, while saying they’re best friends. She’s terrible. I’m skimming.

I’m already rolling my eyes. This can’t be good.
