They are in plain English, have a little humor and are readable in about two hours.
All are in ebook, several are in paperback too.
Pet Trusts is in revision. I am planning to do a large print edition. There us also a Probate Law dictionary ready for release.

My books are about ILLINOIS estate planning. A favorite part of them is the wee dictionary.
I'm looking at this from a new perspective.
Would starting an estate plan (a will or trust) be easier if you knew the terms first?

I'm writing a dictionary. No kidding. My books on estate planning all have mini dictionaries and I decided to put them all together.
Webster look out.

I love words. My dictionary from high school is held together with tape. My first thesaurus split in half. and resists tape. I have six or seven vocabulary books. Some are taped together, one has pages that are so old they appear to be orange.
I write about the law and estate planning.
I have a draft of a Probate Law Dictionary. I hope to release it by the early part of September.

This book was fun. I highly recommend it.

Laws about wills, inheritances and estates are governed by the individual states.

New Year's Resolutions. I'm not a fan but tackle a project and then label it a resolution met.

If your goal is to get your affairs in order, you might take a look at my books on wills, trusts and powers of attorney.
If your cat has affairs, you can get his affairs in order with a Pet Trust, These are all under Illinois law.

I write books about estate planning. They cater to Illinois law, however i am interested in hearing from people outside Illinois.

My question is do you know the laws about estate planning are different from state to state?

My second question is if you do not have a will, why not?

Have you read any books about 9/11? I watched the live broadcast, crying and talking to friends on the phone all day. I think about the people and just ran across the DVD the newspaper made. I cannot bear to watch it.
