A disappointing read, unattractive people doing boring things to achieve the ending that was obvious from the start.

I enjoyed this, a satisfactory ending to the 3rd of an interesting trilogy dealing with the problem of co-existing with aliens. She writes such good aliens. She knows, as many authors don't seem to, that humans can't really understand them.
