I wanted to hear from a wise elder but I am having problems with the author being wise. So far it has just been Trump bashing. Russiagate bs. If someone is wise, wouldn't they be able to see through propaganda, divide and conquer poli ticks, and psyops?

It is a hard read. I'll have to have someone with a Scottish accent read it. . It is interesting to learn about the Celts, it has a lot of local Scottish tales with a heavy accent (and a bit Gaelic).

I am completely enthralled by this book! It is akin to Dan Brown meets a Braveheart sequel. I laugh. I root for the main protagonists Robert Bruce and James Douglas. I muse over Belle MacDuff and Isabella of France. I am intrigued by the Culdees, Templar and Gamoran. And finally distraught by the Longshanks, Comyns, and Dominicans. It has been quite a mind-sojourn though Scotland.
