Haven’t finished yet and don’t want to jinx myself BUT this is possibly the only scifi book I’ve read that goes into granular detail about biomedical science and doesn’t biff it. A detailed and correct description of voltage clamping??? The microtome??? I am DELIGHTED. (Also an excellent and compelling story!!)
