I'm getting really excited to start baking some bread. Took me forever to even start reading because yhe thought of "failing" and having loaves not work out after all that work seems daunting. But as I was telling my 5 year old, "we have to be bad at things first, practice, before we become good. It's OK to fail if you keep trying." Trying to take my own advice....
