I'm a few chapters in and so far this storyline is eh. I'll read on and see how it plays out.

The book started off slow. I feel like just now things are picking up. I’m finding the father incredibly irritating.

So far I'm enjoying the book.

Just finished reading The Winter in Anna by Reed Karaim and wow is all I have to say. There are so many beautiful and touching sentences in this novel. I hope I never forget them. Worth checking out if your looking for something touching and aren't turned off by a sad kind of story.

Karaim's prose is beautiful and captivating.

I am excited for a new year of reading! There are so many good books on the horizon and so many on my TBR list I am not sure where to begin.

Reading is such a beautiful thing. Over this past year I have learned that books really do have a power. They can comfort us, guide us, heal us, and keep us company. How beautiful is that?
