Aunt Alexandra is coming to stay with Jem and Scout for awhile. She came to give Scout and Jem a female role model. Everyone knows her and welcomes her back. Harper Lee explains the history of Maycomb. Atticus has a talk with Jem and Scout about living up to their name. Acticus is stern and mean. Which makes Scout cry. They both know Aunt Alexandra put him up to this.

Jem holds his agreement of reading to Mrs. Dubose every day after school for a month. Scout joins him. Each day she makes him read until her alarm goes off and they both leave. After they finishied the month ( and a week) she dies. Atticus explains to them that she was a morphine addict but was the bravest lady he had meet. She leaves Jem a camellia. Atticus tells him it was her way of saying everything is alright.

Scout is upset because Atticus is a old dad and can't do anything special like other dads in the town. Later Scout and Jem encounter a mad dog on the street. The town sheriff and Atticus come to help catch the dog. Atticus shoots the dog very well. Everyone in the town says he has been the best shooter in town. Jem and Scout don't understand why Atticus did not tell them he knew how to shoot so well.

Maycomb enjoyed a snow storm. Mrs. Maudie's house burns down. Atticus is a lawyer who is helping a African American. At school Scout's classmates and her cousins makes fun of him. Atticus is in a case which is going to ruin their family.

continued.. They find many treasures in the hole in the tree. When they are curious who is leaving these things. They have the idea to write a note. The next day when they go to put the note in the hole they see the hole is filled with cement. They ask Mr. Radley if he did this. He says yes and explains that it was dead. Jem asks Atticus if the tree is dying and Atticus says no.

Jem goes back out in the night to get his pants. Scout is worried he will get caught. Jem returns with his pants but seems to be in a bad mood. For days he does not talk much. Then finally he tells Scout that when he went to get his pants they were patched up and folded on the fence. They both thought someone knew Jem was coming back for the pants but didn't understand who would know. The next days they find ....

contiued ...Atticus catches them and Jem gets in big trouble!

Contiued Dill and Jem start to leave Scout out so Scout spends most of her summer days over at her neighbor's house. This neighbor is very sweet and loves the outdoors. She tells Scout what she knows about the Radley house. Scout bugs Jem to let her hang with them. They only agree if she listens to their orders. They have a plan to use a fishing pool to place a note in the Radley house. The plan fails because

Dill returns to Maycomb for the summer. Scout finds a penny in a tree on the Radley lot. The next day she also finds an ancient penny. They all play a game where a person gets in the tire and they push the tire. When Scout was in the tire, Jem pushed really hard and Scout landed in the Radley yard. When she struggled to get out she heard a laughter in the house.

continued ..and wants her fired. Scout has a long rest of day at school. When she gets home she is all sad but Cal makes her crackling bread to make up for yelling at her. Scout also explains to her dad what Miss Caroline said about her reading. Scout and her dad make a little deal to keep reading with each other but not tell anyone.

Jem invites Walter over for dinner(lunch) because Scout was making fun of and hurting Walter. When the children eat their meal Walter asks for syrup. When Walter receives the syrup he puts the syrup across all of his food. Scout finds this gross and rudely asks what he is doing. Cal finds this very disrespectful and brings Scout into the kitchen and gives her a mean and long talk. After the talk Scout hates Cal...

Lara Jean is the main character who has two sisters and a dad. Her one sister Margot is going across the world for collage. Her and Margot are very close and Lara Jean is sad when she is going to leave. Her neighbor Josh has always been around and is dating Margot. Margot breaks up with Josh because she is leaving for collage, but Lara thinks they should still date because they love each other.

Dill leaves and Scout going to school. Scout is the only child who knows how to read. Scout has Miss Caroline as a teacher. Miss Caroline tells Scout she was not taught correctly. Scout feels this was very mean. Scout later has to explain to Miss Caroline that the Cunninghams are a very poor family. Miss Caroline thinks Scout is making fun of the family, but Scout was just tying to explain the truth.

I read about the tale of the Radley house. How it is scary and everyone knows not to go close to the house. Dill and Jem make an agreement/ dare with each other. Jem is scared of the house so much he doesn't do the dare, until Dill just dares him to touch the house.When Jem does it and returns to his house they see a shutter move in the Radley house and all get creeped out.

I read over the last 25 pages because I am finishing this book. I reread about Siena and her special book. She is getting closer and closer to the story in the book. The story in the book is very interesting and keeps making Siena distracted. I also reread about how Siena finally hears Luca talk, but the next morning she can barely remember what had happened.

I finished the book and really enjoyed it. It inspired and modivated me on and off the field. It led me to learn more and more about Carli. She truly is a wonder soccer player with great accomplishments.

Big Joe is found. Molly gets pregnant and is kicked out of her house. Thomas and Charlie have to go to war. When they get to the war they have training. They enter the war. They stay in the trenches for awhile. Charlie and Thomas stay together through the war. When Charlie goes missing after a battle Thomas gets worried.

continued.. Charlie gets to keep the dog and finds a new job. Molly's parents find out that Charlie stole the dog and does not allow Molly to see Charlie of Thomas any more. For this reason, Molly and Thomas secretly meet. Charlie and Molly exchange love letters. In the part, Thomas finds out that Charlie also loves Molly and Molly loves Charlie. When the dog dies Big Joe runs again.

At this time in the book, Charlie and Molly are not in school. For this reason Thomas gets upset. He gets upset because Molly and Charlie are getting closer and closer. The both work at the Big House. Up there Charlie works with the dogs. The Colonel tells Charlie that he is going to kill one of the dogs. Charlie loves that dog so he steels him. The Colonel gets mad and fires Charlie from his job.

The book starts off with Charlie taking Thomas to his first day of school. Thomas is scared because of the stories he has heard. When he gets there he meets Molly. Molly is his first love. Charlie, Thomas, and Big Joe are all brothers. They all enjoy hanging out with Molly, she comes over everyday after school with them. They grow up together. Charlie never has the gut to tell Molly he loves her.

I read about Carli's journey through the World Cup final game. I read over her pregame message from her manger and some texts her family sent her. I love this book because it relates to how I want to be when I grow up. Carli always works hard and enjoyes the game of soccer.

I read more about Carli's soccer experience. I learned you should treat every game like it is the biggest game of your life. Before every game one of her managers would tell her to play like it is the World Cup Final. This came true one day and it was really the World Cup final. That day Carli explained she was excited but nervous. She was a captain and started the game.

I read more about how Carli scored most of her goals. She wrote in detail about most of her goals scored in big games. Se explained what foot she used and where she was on the field. She also explained how being in the right state of mind helps durning a game.

I read more about Carli's experience after the Olympics. I read about all the parades and interviews they got to experience and enjoy. I remember watching the interview that Carli was in. Now as I read about it I receive a little behind the scenes.

I read about Carli and her experience in the Olimpics. She said that she had to fight hard but they still won. Durning that Olimpics, Carli scored many goals and helped her team in many ways. She explained all the fun things that came with winning. She wrote about how she couldn't sleep because she was so nervous and how Hope Solo was the one to always make her laugh.

I read about how being the underdog in the Olympics was difficult for Carli. It was difficult because some of her teammates didn't believe they were going to win, but Carli believed. As I read this book I think about how far I have come in my soccer career.

I have enjoyed this book very much because of the journey Carli has made. She expressed all of the times she thought to herself she was't unable to do this but she keep pushing. I have learned from this book that determination is key when playing in soccer because it is not all about talent but mostly about heart.

I read about Carli Lloyd's adventure during the World Cup and through her years on the national team. She explained all her ups and downs and how all those ups and downs made her who she is today. This book makes dream harder and harder to be like her.

Allie looks deeper in Leah's phone. She finds out that she asked their dad if she can live with them but her dad said no because of his new girlfriend. This makes Allie so mad because her dad chose his new girlfriend over them. Allis is lost and can't seem to find her way of painting. Her mom gives her advice to paint all around the house. So she does and feels much better.
