I’m glad I finished the book because I really disliked the main character until the end.

Oof! Aren’t editors supposed to catch things like a guy who grew up in the Bronx would be a Yankees fan and not a Mets fan?

Didn’t care for this. Not my thing. Sophomoric humor.

Love love love the writing in this book. Very hard to put it down.

I’ll say it again. This book could have used some locale research.

(The Hamptons are on Long Island for those who didn’t know that)

OMG kissing in the Atlantic Ocean in May. LMAO. Not without screaming about how cold it is!

Audiobook
So far I am enjoying the story and characters and dialog.

However, this book could have used a local to the story editor. So many problems with wording:

- “In” Ling Island instead of “on”.
- The use of “Manhattan” several times in conversation. We say “the city”.
- staaying in a beach house to avoid having to drive from Hamptons home to the beach. Huh?

Amazed at how much got passed the editors in this book. So many slips with the name Aaron that aren’t caught by others. Sheesh.

Just for the record, if you walk on any Long Island beach you are walking either east or west, NEVER north or south, regardless of what the compass says. We natives all know this.

h’s bitchiness is starting to get in my nerves but I’m powering through.

I’ve loved this trilogy up to this point. It is now a tiresome window into a life of the usual marital bickering. Ready for this to end.

Had to renew the audiobook and am back on the waitlist. Can’t wait to get it back. Well-written and narrated.

Such a good book with many coincidences until the most. unbelievable. coincidence. ever reared its ugly head.

This book is fantastic!

Getting a little bored by this. Maybe having just listened to a book heavy with fortune tellers makes me less tolerant but putting this down for now and will come back another time.

Not sure if I’m going to make it to the end. The setting of this book seems to be the US yet the dialog is most certainly not and it’s really distracting. Not to mention the whole reason they broke up to begin with is a bit ridiculous.

This is one of the funniest books I’ve ever read. I might not be able to put it down and get my ass to work today. Dying! 😂😂😂
