That was a legit villain monologue right there and it was so ridiculous that it was kind of funny

I saw that one of the genres was horror, but was I still surprised? most definitely

I literally right now either despite or dislike all but one of the POVs and a lot of the rest of the characters. I don't even care if their behaviour is realistic, they act so selfishly and despicable, even if they get character development I won't forget this

All these people prioritising their (irrational) revenge dreams over saving the world from literally getting destroyed is getting on my nerves

I'm so stressed because I feel like someone will get betrayed and I cannot deal with that stress right now

I'm enjoying this so far, but the indoctrination is so strong in these people. makes sense but it sometimes makes me want to hit my head against the wall

I am interested so far, but there are some German words that are somewhat wrong, and the pronounciation guides at the beginning with the German words is very wrong, which isn't a big thing, but it is annoying

I hope this improves because so far the humour is absolutely not working for me

bit of a "not like other men" situation and kind of performative feminism in the writing

apart from Byrne I swear to God I dislike all the female characters and not for the reasons the author wanted to achieve I feel

I swear to god, every time I read from Riv's POV it makes me want to dnf this book

to be fair I wanted to read this because of the diabetic main character and so far I have been offended at least twice and it really can't be put on the MC being from the US cause the things she said were just wrong and/or wouldn't happen that way
