Pip has met most main characters,and has now moved to London, courtesy of his anonymous donor. He gets to become what he always wished to be, a true gentleman. He mainly wants this for Estella,a girl who made fun of him and was a wretched person to him, a girl he still managed to fall in love with despite her malevolent deeds and creepy mother. Each character represents a different sort of person, sorrow, loss, etc.

-although she knew it would never happen. She truly loves Simon, who for his work has been banished to Canada and forbidden to return until the war is settled. Jane and Simon do everything they can to see each other, but neither of them will know if it will happen.

Through a series of events, Arthur and Simon are sent off to foreign lands and forbidden to return to America, Brandon is killed, Robert is shot by his sister in law, and Jane runs away. Jane is on America's side now, but does her best to be kind to absolutely everyone like we all should. Brandon had always liked her, and before he died he asked Jane to marry him. To make him happy in a time of despair, she said yes-

-allowed to see them because her other family wants her to be on England's side. Jane still doesn't know for sure where she wants to be, but I think she is more on the American's side than anything. In this book I think Jane will find out who she is, and also who her true family is. She will most likely find out who will support her and encourage her for who she is, not for who they want her to be.

The war has officially started in this book. England ships are coming in and Americans shoot at them to prevent their coming. Jane meets the aunt and uncle she was forbidden to meet for various reasons, and she seems to like them a lot. They are on America's side in the war, where her other family is on the English side except for one of them. I believe she likes it much more with the Americans, but she is no longer-

Jane just wants to be herself which is a mix of all the three. Jane doesn’t know if she wants to be on the American side, even if that is where she lives. Jane doesn’t know if she’s even on England’s side. All she knows is that she is Just Jane.

this because women in America at that time didn’t have an education. It seems that all the choices she makes seem to tear her apart, making her wonder more and more, “Am I going to stand up for what I believe in or do whatever just to fit in?” I believe that Jane wishes that there were no labels at all, that you didn’t have to be from America, from England, or from the area that she lived with her grandfather.---

and she might not even be from the island she partly grew up on, but she for sure is Jane, even if that is it. Jane is brave and not afraid to stand up for what she thinks is right. After her parents died, she lived on the coastal area with her grandpa, where she was given an education, just as she was in England also. However, when she comes to America and tries to get an education, many people discourage her from--

taught or supposed to swim. I think that a lot of us feel this same way. We know what’s right, and sometimes we do it and people judge us for it. Other times we don’t do the right thing because we know that people will judge us for it. Most of the time, people only live to be liked by others, but Jane knows better. Seeing this, she scoops out some water and dumps it in the sink, but the bathtub won't loose any water. Willa is also seeing things, and one night when she went out in the pool, something grabbed her and tried dragging her to the ground and trying to drown her. When she looks up, she also sees a dead body in the pool. She manages to swim up, but when she gets out of the pool she can't see a dead body anymore. Willa is from Connecticut, but she and her mom move to live with her new step dad in California. Her new step dad is rich, their house is huge, he buys her stuff, they have a pool, and she now goes to a private school for rich people.Rumor is spreading around about the Hollywood Killer, who has already killed a few people, staging them to look like scenes from movies where people died.

I found out that it was actually Lilly herself who had accidentally killed her mother when she was four. Her dad is really mean to her and punishes her for pretty much everything. She and Rosaleen are going to town for her to vote and Lilly just wanted to go. I think that Lilly is really happy that she can get away from T. Ray on part of her fourteenth birthday

Where I left off, Len had just given the bracelet to her parents, her dad being in the hospital of a heart attack. Before Len had come when the dad had been in the hospital, when they called Abigail the mom, they told her that he was also asking for Susie. I think the dad is realizing that---

Susie's mom Abigal, has been tensed up whenever she was around her family,but when Len, the investigator for Susie's murder comes around, she loosens up and becomes more joyful.In the part where I left off,Abigal cheats on her husband with Len while they are at the hospital.The dad got hurt because he thought that a girl was Mr.Harvey, then her boyfriend came and whacked him with a baseball bat, so he's hospitalized.

In the part that I read, Buckley, Susie's little brother told his friend Nate that he saw Susie. She didn't think that she had tried to show herself to him, but she thinks that there might be a way that he could see her. When she woke up that day in her heaven, she saw a whole bunch of what look like ladies next door but then they turned into crows. I think that this might have something to do with Buckley's visions

This book has a great way that it was written, and it helps me apply nearly everything it says to my life as well as the characters in this book. At this point, I have nothing against this books. It gives you little key words to help you predict what's going to happen next, like yesterday when I read about the list of the dead that was started. This was a obvious comment, but there are more in-depth ones.

There's always a light in the dark; the characters are starting to realize this.This is something that we need to realize also,even when we're going through some really hard times, we need to focus on the good things. George Harvey(Susie's murderer)didn't do this which brought him to be a murderer.Susie's dad has Buckley which helps him be happy, other people in this book haven't really found their happy place yet---

This book brings me back to reality by realizing that the world isn't perfect; there are a lot of evil people here. It makes me more aware of my surroundings, because like it was for Susie, you never know when someone's going to come or attack you. Although there are some bad things in the world, there will always be good things to. For Susie's dad, it's making Buckley happy since one of his other children are gone.

He might have felt lost and confused after losing his mother, drawing him to be murderous towards other people, wanting them to suffer as much as he had. His dad Might ave influenced him in some of his actions, by first ditching his wife, Mr.Harvey's mom. If I went through something as terrible as this, I'm not sure, but I would probably become a meaner person also, just not a serial killer like George Harvey.

On this page, I found out a little bit about Mr.Harvey's past. When he was a kid, he, his dad and his mom were all driving.The mom and the dad got into a fight, and the dad forced her out of the car.
