The way Lock’s mom tells him that they need to be on the same side as a way to guilt him into doing what she says despite not holding up on her end of that agreement is sadly a very common thing in families. It’s manipulative and not great.

It’s wild how Mateo mentioned that he gave a guy the shoes off his feet because someone jumped him stole his shoes and gave him a bloody nose but apologized for mentioning it because he wasn’t trying to fish for compliments. He talks like he wasted his life not doing anything meaningful out of fear but he clearly did so much for other people. Like helping Lidia take care of penny and helping strangers on the street.

How bad do you gotta be to be rude to someone you know is dying? Why is Wendy even on this last friend app if she doesn’t intend on being nice?
