I really don't do this kind of update often enough, but I need to write down my annoyance with this book.
There are three fundamental problems with it: Paolini is way too interested in showing off his world, which is wholly unoriginal; the two PoVs are basically the same person, and both are bland; characters are way too regal, to the point this seems like a play, rather than a book.
Will I finish it? Probably not.
