This statement brings more depth to CC. It aligns with A Fascist or/and Dictatorship, which is what Cobra would have to do in order to survive. Where the early days of these stories were (albeit yes, fictional) based more on brute force, non-negotiable dealings, and dominance in a military battle, The added "how" gives more depth to the Cobra storyline.

Nothing like having ghostly happenings while with a dive team in a 100 year shipwreck. Loving this so far.
