Considering how many people found this book rather lackluster, I'm surprised how much I'm enjoying it so far. It's definitely not as elaborate as Elise Kova's other works, especially world-building wise, but it's quick and flows well

T.J. Klune is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors. I love how we get to see how the characters grew up and how situations and experiences changed them

Wolfsong was one of the best and most emotional books I've ever read, and while my heart is still aching, I can't stay away from this series.

Aaron is being a prick. Sin feels like a plot device and I don't care for her one bit. So far this has been rather predictable and probably the weakest book so far.
