These books are cute & super light, but I do prefer more context and depth to the story and characters. However a girl on the internet swayed me to pick up this author, (because of her love for Miles- so obviously I bought the entire series because I can’t jus start with book 2🤣) but I am pretty sure that after I finish off this series I won’t be back. At least Miles is such a green flag. 🌺

So I am here because this one won my Bookclub Book. Would I have picked it up otherwise?
No.
But that being said - it’s quite fascinating to read about the struggles and joy of what authors go through in the publishing world.
Do I like the FMC?
Also no.
This seems more diary entry type, and I guess I am not vibing with that. 😮

One last chapter.
I might not be a fan of the book, but I am a fan of the feeling of accomplishment when finishing a book. Especially one that challenged your English skills.
