I started reading this in October 💀 i'm so bored i can't help it most of the POVs are such a snorefest or simply annoying

so henry borrows books in ARABIC and then says he learned from the PERSIANS how to handle poison? persians speak farsi. not arabic. how much more ignorant is this book gonna get. what an infuriating mistake for this oh so knowledgeable book.

why are are mcs in books like these always so enamored with the only female character in the group? (especially when there's no tension between them whatsoever, they barely interact 1 on 1) also, why is there only ever one. (this is so aggressively non-diverse)
