New characters confusingly introduced at Chapter 23

I'm just getting into the activities...love the Connections one, and have copied the chapter on values for a client.

Bang on.

Sometimes when you have too much, the good gets lost within and you have to look very hard. But when you have a little, then the good does not have to be looked for so hard.

This is a wonderful book, it could almost be a stand-alone for general brief counselling. "So what? What difference does it make? These questions are signs of disconnection."

Surprises at ever turn! This book is really something different!

I nearly missed my bus stop this morning reading this!

"Interest and commitment, rather than talent, have been the determining factors in almost everything I have done throughout my life."
...although I could do a bit without the authors focus on "quality materials," as not everyone who wants to make art has access to those materials.

This book has been on my shelf for years and today is the first day I've read past page 20. "If we are able to stay with a situation it will carry us to a new place." (21). Love it so far.

This book is amazing- I got to page 53 and decided to purchase it. Wonderful set-up, great ideas for art, and I love the call-and-response...sometimes I get "stuck" in the transformation piece myself. Highly recommended.

Favourite character so far: Isabel Vendle, the "urban revitalizer." What a goofy idea, great that we see that through the child already. His mom is similar, thinking that poor and chic mean the same things. And yes, I am bitter. ;)

Can't think of a better follow-up to A Tree Grows in Brooklyn!

I really like Jung, and I appreciate so far that this book is about recognizing personal knowledge of mythological symbols, rather than some previous dreamworks with encyclopedias of symbols. Expanded expressions, and already I am doing art around some of my dream symbols.
