This remarkable man and his inspiring work is criminally under-known. There is so much wisdom and beauty exploding from every page in this book - it's heart healing and soul enriching. Profound doesn't even begin to cut it. May I continue to amplify this man's words and work as much as possible.

Oh Asclepius, what a great miracle is man, a being worthy of reverence and honor. For he goes into the nature of God, as though he were himself a god; he is familiar with the race of demons, knowing that he is issued from the same origin; he despises that part of his nature which is only human, for he has put his hope in the divinity in the other part.

A dramatized retelling od the early years of psychedelics featuring Timothy Leary as the leader of an experimental sex cult comprised of psychology students turned psychonauts? Um, yes Please. This will be a quick read. I'm hooked already!

I can barely put this down, it's so captivating. Unexpected, since I am not usually a fan of historical novels. Melodrama around every corner!
