DNF when Ember turned into a complete idiot and convinced Garrett to go down to the casino with her. It didn't even take much convincing. And Riley falling all over Ember when to him, as a dragon of his age, she is a child. Just didn't work for me so I'm out

Re-reading before the last book

There's just too much of the odd relationship between the Bargainer and 'Cherub', (which she's called so often that I can't even remember her actual name) and it's a relationship that I'm not that interested in. The plot did actually sound intriguing during the few pages that it was mentioned, but I just can't be bothered anymore by this point. And by all the good reviews this book has, it seems I'm the minority

I’m dnfing this at 15%. The beginning of a romance with David, is badly done and doing nothing for me. The main character is actually quite annoying to the point that when something so big and unbelievable happens, instead of running screaming to her parents for help, she tries to hide it!! And that’s where I can’t take any more

I cannot continue with this book...
