My pet peeve: borrowing clothes and shoes to dress up/sexy from the bff who always, always happens to be the exact same size as the fmc 🙄...
But this time they made a mistake. They go bowling and the fmc needs size 10 shoes while the bff asks for size 8. So now I'm wondering how the fmc danced the night away in heels borrowed from the bff. That must have been so damn painful.

Okay so gaslighting is the worst trope ever and I'm really regretting starting this book because I'm not a quitter and I hold out hope that the fmc grows some extra brain cells by the final book... God help me get through this...
