I usually like to update at chapter breaks, but I had to note the genius of a book written in 1932 giving an Alaskan hotel the Bob’s Burgers ass name of Aurora Bora Palace.

I never realized so much of this book was about a short king who can't get it up.

This is a reread because we’re having the frosh honors class do this for summer reading. I pushed for it but am skeptical because it feels like it might be a step backwards. However, these first few chapters are really emphasizing the divide of class warfare and economic privilege between the districts. So…I’m hopeful.
