2nd re-read (audiobook)!

Ughhhh why is this so good and heart-wrenching 😭 Even though I know what happens! Love the narrators too!

Re-“read” via audiobook this time!

Reread before the sequel! First time was via audiobook, this time with a physical book.

Yo this book is freaky!!! Highly unsettling.

I’m only a few chapters in and I am tempted to DNF because I hate the writing… Short, choppy sentences, and apparently these characters have never heard of contraction words (I.e. “I’m” in place of “I am” or “I’ve” in place of “I have,” etc.) because they sound like formal robots. This is first person narrative done poorly in my opinion. Maybe will try pushing through.

Started this last year... only recently started back up again and dagnabbit I’mma count this towards my reading goal!

I don’t like college Greek life/secret societies and cults. Pace is moving so slowly. Strong urge to DNF.

This book will be on my Currently Reading list well into 2021. It is a chonker, I am intimidated. I have like, 1000 more pages to go, and it’s been 10 months. Oops.

I was reading for a good 4.5 hours straight until my Kindle needed recharging! Really enjoying this one so far!
