I'm gonna put it on hold because don't get me wrong I've been enjoying it, but I guess my silly little brain finds it too slow paced so I've been struggling to Get Into It. I'll give it another shot someday, hopefully!

Couldn't read for two months, finally getting back into it~ I'm still enjoying it but it feels a bit slower than it needs to be.

Taking longer to read this one but! I'm much more invested in the characters of this series! I like that the story and narration are more mature too. My only complaint is that it annoys me to read about Piper's crush on Jason.

I picked up this series for Nico whom I've always seen in art depicted as a sort of angsty emo gay, buT RIGHT NOW HE'S JUST AN INNOCENT TINY LITTLE 10yo NERD??? what's gonna happen to him I can't do this

ok so the reason it took me so long to keep reading is not that I'm not enjoying it, it's just that my e-reader died and the shop forgot to call me to come get a new one. anyway I'm in the middle of the penultimate chapter and I forgot so maby things but I LOVE THESE CHARACTERS SO MUCH

Picked this one up because I saw a thread of upcoming queer releases listing the third volume as "ace, m/m"~ It's very dynamic and I actually really don't mind that we're thrown into that universe like we're already supposed to understand how it works. I find it more immersive. I love the interactions between the characters and I'm curious to keep going! Still not sure who's ace but I'm looking forward to it!

anyway chapter 19 is so gender and so gay and so ace and I am THRIVING

So, so good. Not really a bingeable novel so I'm reading it somewhat slowly, but it's excellent. My only complaint is that I know that desire and fate are the main themes of the story, but I don't need to be reminded of that Every Single Chapter :') But it's a small issue to have when everything else is so well executed.

Pretty good so far! The story takes its time but not in an underwhelming way. I'm intrigued and can't wait to see where this is all going.

Been a long time since I last updated but I took an almost 4 month break to write and read a couple of other things, and I didn't want to update until I finished book 3 which is the longest of the five books. BUT I FINISHED IT JUST NOW and !!!! Everything is as good, funny and enjoyable (and occasionally painful) as I remember. No regrets. Next, book 5! Hopefully I'll finish it by the end of the month? year?

Finished book 1, on to book 3! I love this novel so much. There are some scenes I'd forgotten about that I got to rediscover and god, do I love these characters with all my heart.

It looks like I'm reading this one slowly, but I didn't have time for like two weeks and well, this beast is over 2000 pages 😂
