This book was written by the guy who did the editing on a lot of movies including Star Wars. He just shared a story about meeting Francis For Coppola FFC was shoting AC around the same George Lucas was editing Star Wars.
FFC told him (author) that he had brought in some famous Oscar winning editor and said he just gave him like a 1000 hours of film to cut the 5 minute helicopter scene. That’s all the guy did.
