i swear every sentence in this book stabs me in the chest

i’ve been living on my own for 3 years and for the first time i’m beginning to feel lonely. i try to remind myself it’s just an emotion but lately it does feel like a state of being. i know it’s the state of the world and people i love moving away/departing…ANYWAY… cisneros felt this exact same way at the exact same age and said she would cry in her apartment and grieve and now i feel less lonely
