Please let this be better than the other Critical Role book. Please.

Spotify is the real villain here because I ran out of audiobook hours for the month listening to this book. It’s so good, and Spotify and I are beefing.

It’s giving Last of Us but with less explanation…so far.

This book is incredible and so insightful. But…I wish it had a bit more commentary rather than just relaying specific anecdotes the author finds illustrative. Lots of fantastic stuff here, but it relies on the reader to make connections, rather than leading us to conclusions. We get the authors point only if the story resonates. Maybe it’s just this past chapter that irked me. I don’t know.
