Would love more female characters but it looks like we might get some powerful female players to match the males upcoming, otherwise a solid start: lays down the framework and gives us the context in a natural way. Only once was I reading like “yeah he’s literally only saying that because I need to know it”

This one has been pretty consistent, almost smooth sailing. Only once has there been a surprise (so far) - usually we get more.

Good ol’ WOT books. Returning after so long is like seeing an old friend.

My daughter has been begging me to read this book after she finished it and loved it. I read the first two chapters out loud to her last night & I can see why she was captivated!
