I’m enjoying this! I enjoy how we see two women who are solid and sure on the one hand, and feel disconnected and fragile at the same time. I love how North has given a voice to the moss, be it short and sweet.
I’m really rooting for both queens and very curious what else will happen

I feel like I’m missing so much information. So many things are being said and written, and I understand little of it. Yet the way it is done, makes me feel like I’ll either go “oooooh so that’s what’s been going on”, or it’ll be a really fun reread.

I do not know where this is going - and I love it. It helps that barely any of the characters really understand how to handle themselves and also don’t know where everything is going.
Also, Ross’ writing style is 👩‍🍳💋
