This book is interminable and the main character is just miserable. I get it, the woman has gone through a heartbreaking breakup and is obsessing about her self-worth. I have kept on, hoping for a happy resolution, but when is it going to start? She sabotages everything and the list, oh my god the ridiculous and neverending lists. I am going to give this one more day.

I like stories about magic and this book had such great reviews I thought I would give it a try. Frankly, I don't know why I am still listening to it. I keep hoping the reviews are right and I will end up liking this book, but so far I would have to rate it as one of the worst books I have listened to this year. So disappointed so far.

I love short stories. I thought this would be a great book for filling in those little bits of time when I am on hold on the phone or other such times. So far only about 5% of the stories are something I would even remotely consider to add to this book if I were the editor. Most of the storeis are abysmal.

Gak! Where have all the really good books gone. I am pushing myself to stick with this book only because it is part of my Decades Challange, but so far it is close to not being worth the paper it's printed on. Please.... get better.
