Going slow while everyone reunites.

I love that we have several species now, and yet the mystery of the library remains.

I don't usually do non-fiction. But this one was an absolute must.

Strange but great. That twist. It has potential for the rest of the trilogy, though.

Slow start, but I guess is normal considering the length of the book.

Not as exciting as I hoped to be... but still waiting on the final chapters...

Such a clown for supporting Holland for almost 700 pages...

Kind of a slow start...

Oof that Astrid double attack! One of the smartest villains I've ever read.

Slow start, but good establishing the rules of the world...

Lee is a very different female character I'm used to. I hate her sometimes and think she has many issues, but also kind of relate to her. Is weird, but the story is compelling.

She seems to be frivolous, but hopefully will mature enough by the end of the book (the woman of the prologue is definitely a better version of herself). I'm intrigued.

Can't see the moment where I'll end this book. Again, Marshall is the only sane one in here.

Everyone in this book is toxic. Except Marshall. The guy is only guilty of making out with a girl while he was single, and having free beer.

I don't know. Right now, everything is too perfect to be true.

Interesting. But this Ryle reminds me of Johnny Rainbow a lot. He's nuts and toxic. I even liked Johnny better and look at how that turned out.

Interesting and fun. I thought it was going to be a book full of scientific facts, but instead is a book of the author's stories and experiments.

Interesting! I like the small stories.

So different from what I usually read. But it has so many little educational stories that I want to continue. I'm even trying to breathe correctly.
