Oh boy I should not have started this before bed! It has my attention and I can’t stop.

This is just heart shattering. To think what I’m reading happened to women in 1939 and we are heading right back to that time period. Heavy read, but it does go fast. Great book club read. Lots and lot to discuss.

On the heavy side…however I went in a little blind to this book and it is lining up with exactly what has happened w Roe v Wade. The opening of this book…makes me wonder is this where we are headed as a country? It’s based on a true story from 1939.

Picking up speed. A little slow to start.
