This book is sooooooo boring…..but I’m more than half way in, so unfortunately I’m going to force myself to finish :/

I’ve been up since 4 am because of jet-lag, so now I’m determined to finish this book today

I had to return this book to the public library before I could finish, and now I am on the waitlist for another 19 weeks.......but so far it has been an amazing read. Hard to get through some of it because the subject matter is so raw and challenging, but it has really made me think about the brain, embodiment of emotions, and steps toward healing. Would recommend.

My favorite line: “it’s unprecedented.”
Eerily similar to early pandemic days.
