So many great themes throughout this novel which captures the realities that we as humans still battle with today. The inner wrestling of good verses evil, along with the power of choice (thou mayest) was beautifully displayed throughout the story.

Each chapter was as convicting as the next. Hurry is the hidden (and sometimes silent) way that the enemy tries to separate us from the life that we were created for. In a world that demands immediacy and urgency in almost all that we do, it's important to rest, reset, and slowdown so we don't lose sight of our ultimate purpose and our creator.
