Brilliantly written and beautifully crafted sentences. In this novel I was reminded that characters are not real, they're creations and that in a way the writer is like God in that he controls their fate. Thereof the principal character shouldn’t be in fear of frustration nor failure. If a woman has placed her heart in the hands of God, then he will place it in the hands of a man who he believes deserves it.
