I'm actually a bit disappointed b/c this book goes off onto stories that are VERY similar to stories we already know, but it doesn't necessarily do a good job of it. I really wanted to know a lot more about Kendra, not all of these side stories. The mermaid story was the WORST!! I do like the Emma & Lisette story and am secretly rooting for Emma. I also didn't mind the Prince story.

I'm finding this book VERY hard to read. It keeps jumping all over the place and it sometimes takes me pages to figure out who the book is talking about. A bit frustrating.

He's definitely a green author & has a masculine style to his writing. I don't like his writing but the stirrings is enough to keep me mildly interested for now.
