I think I hate this? YA unquestionably pushes the limits of believable situations and dialog but this one is taking some pretty serious liberties. None of the characters are particularly likeable and even the love interest is kind of wooden in that he's so YA conventional he's already the reader's fake boyfriend. I haven't decided to quit yet but I'm feeling the urge to just skim to see if this thing ever gets teeth.

I just want to live in chapter 15 forever. <3
