Enjoying my time reading this bizarre tale!

I’m just not enjoying this book. My Bookclub chose to read it so I’m trudging through,
There are too many extraneous plots going on;Delia’s love interests,JBirds cafe,the house fire and Tyler....
Too cheesy for me. Hope our discussion is good at Bookclub to make this a worthwhile read. At this point I give it 2 stars,
