John Quincy Adams turns out to be kind of awesome. Can’t wait to teach this era of American history!

Since I’m currently dealing with the physical crap that comes with ignoring stress for years, I’m glad Chipperish chose this for the new season. But I cried like three times reading the first chapter bc I felt like they were writing just for me.

Started the chapter on the Japanese internment camps, and already I'm mad about the lack of history I've learned (AND I HAVE A MASTERS IN AMERICAN HISTORY THIS SHIT IS NOT TAUGHT)
