But it's sooooo slow. I'm not sure if I can keep going.

Amazing, so far! I must say that I'm impressed. I really didn't expect to like A Game of Thrones, as it's not my usual genre, and I don't always agree with crowd.

Very good so far! As always, a chuckle or two in every chapter, but this story has a deeper story line than the last two I've read by Tracy Brogan, which I'm enjoying.

...and I'm loving every second of it! OMG! Tracy Brogan cracks me up. If you've ever been on a cruddy date, you will love this book. I don't -- can't -- write chick lit. I'm too serious, I guess, so I write romantic-suspense novels. Maybe that's why I love to just sit back and enjoy a funny novel. And even though I enjoyed the first book set in Bell Harbor...so far, this one exceeds it. Full review when I finish.

...and I'm really enjoying it. I swear Jessica pulls a laugh out of me on every page, and I can't help but love Celeste. Some might say a little slow to get to the heart of the story, but I like when a novel takes me on a journey.

Listening to Audible version. Surprised, was my first reaction. I don't usually read historical novels, but I love mysteries, and I've been adding more books via Audible to catch up on my reading, so this one caught my attention. Started a little slow for me, but by the second chapter, I found an excuse to go to the store so I could hear some more.

Well, so far. I can tell you this book has brought out a lot of emotions in me. As much as I want to scream at the characters, it proves they are real. Alice certainly didn't hold back. I am hoping that the last entry I read will in fact be the 'needle in the haystack', as I don't think I could handle another rejection--I mean, read another rejection. ;)

Good so far... The secondary romance took me a little by surprise. I like Matthew, though. He seems real. ;)

Had this one pegged at the ten percent mark, at least I think I'm right. But I'm still enjoying it. What's not to love about Nicholas Sparks. He writes heartfelt stories and doesn't stick to the normal "rules" that they say writers should abide by.

And a note to men and women... When eating ice cream and snuggling, TURN OFF YOUR PHONE! Just sayin'! Enjoying, and if I wasn't busy with a deadline and editing, I'd already be finished. But alas, I must sneak in my pleasure reading as I can. :)

I'd be faster if I wasn't writing two books and editing three at the same time. Good so far. :)

Is this lap taken? Regan just fell into the lap of a tall, handsome stranger. Not the way she planned to start her day. But, a great start to a book. I’m hooked!
Just started reading "The Executive’s Decision" last night and I’m twenty-five percent of the way through. Bernadette Marie has a new fan!
