The main character is driving me absolutely bonkers: I can’t stand her!

This is torture. I hate the main character. I can find absolutely nothing redeeming about her. She sucks.

I have no interest in this world or this main character.

So far, this author's writing style is really throwing me off. Either English isn't her first language or she's just not a very good writer--or she's young. I'm not invested enough to look into it because, frankly, I can't bring myself to care. The characters are erratic and unrealistic; the dialogue is choppy; editing errors are distracting; and, the story isn't progressing at all.

I'm 16% done with the book, but I don't know what page since I'm reading on my phone. The number entered is an educated/calculated guess. So far, a little confusing. I'm sticking with it, though.

Page number is for kindle, not hard copy. So far, as entertaining as the rest of the series. Really looking forward to this one!!

*Spoiler--don't read if you haven't read the book!*
So far, I have greatly enjoyed the story; however, there are some concerns I that revolve around product placement, overly formal prose and plot line. At one point, Gabriel makes the comment that Dionysus would harm a human--not even in the name of science. Later, however, it appears to be common knowledge that D's plan is to harm ALL humans. Do what?
