I can definitely tell this book was written by romina russell and I dont mean that in a good way.

This is SO good so far! The main character is so relatable and the world is so rich and this book is so hard to put down!

Well.......Loki's back. I'm not really interested in him as a character, but oh well, looks like I have no choice but to tolerate him. I also started off this book by accidentally reading a MAJOR spoiler for this book in a review for the last one, so that's lovely.

So far, I must admit I'm a bit disappointed. I'm almost halfway the book and the plot still hasnt revealed itself, it's just a disjointed string of events. Wendy is making stupid, dumbass decisions for no real reason, and the book is focusing incessantly on this romance (between characters who've only known each other for a few WEEKS) than the WAY more interesting shifts of family dynamics now that Matt is here.

The main character is the whiny, bratty, and obnoxious. She reminds me of a toddler, very upset when things dont go her way, absurdly melodramatic, and getting attached to people way too easily, not in the endearing way, in the irritating way.

Finn is an interesting, amusing character so far.

Despite my already blossoming dislike for the mc (I cant even remember her name) I like the book so far.

Main character is annoying and boy-crazy all of a sudden.

Love interest is boring and flat.

They're about to run away with each other?

Writing style was nice at first but quickly became confusing and unnecessarily mysterious.

No red riding hood except for the Wolf?
