Doing a challenge with some ladies and reading one chapter a week. It's really interesting as you incorporate certain oils to tackle self-evaluation challenges and emotional hardships. Lots of Chinese medicine, which I enjoy!

I am really enjoying spending every morning with Michelle! She writes beautifully and honestly. I love the anecdote about her parents sending her to Paris in high school when they had never been themselves. My parents did the same. There's a certain selflessness in parents of that generation that is unique to their time. I've gotten emotional more than once!
