The cross purposes of NRA, Warlords, and Communists was nothing compared to the operational conflict of the British SORE, American Navy “weather” operatives and the American OSS operators working at cross purposes with “guerrilla” units.
And there is the whole screwed up issue of weapons of the same type needing different caliber ammunition requirements…
