Nothing has happened… dull

I don’t really know what genre this is… it’s a bit odd & mundane.

I don’t dislike it, but I’d quit if I had something more compelling to read.

I didn’t realize that Thai audiobook was 26 hours long — nope

65% but not really, since I’ve been listening to the audiobook in bed, and I sometimes fall asleep, missing big chunks.
Though it’s a different kind of writing, I think that I like it.
I’ll pick it up again another time.

Struggling with the subject material… ugh

Taking a break because I keep losing the plot (falling asleep with the audiobook)

I know that I haven’t given this a chance… but I think the subject matter is not for me.

Might pick this up again some other time - it’s dragging on…

Also, I’m not loving the the breathy voice of the author narrating like it’s a poem, rather than a letter (though it kinda goes all over the place like fairy entries)

Ugh, honestly none of these short stories have impressed me, and I’ve already read the most recent, “The Self-Seeding Sycamore” in another anthology book, soooo 🤷🏻‍♀️

Also, I can’t understand the reader’s accent (audiobook)

Meh, well over half way through the stories and none have been memorable.

Stuck… it’s an upsetting read for me.
I would like to finish but I think it’s not good for my mental well-being right now

Listening to this as an audiobook - I can’t follow.
Maybe it needs to be read on print - I may someday come back to it, but unlikely.
