Getting that 5 star feeling… !

This is so FUNNY! Impressed.

Forgot my library loan came in… so let’s see if I can finish this in the next couple of days.

Ethan Frome pines hard.

Sometimes you just know from page 1 that a book is about to become a favorite.

Does the main character ever exhibit consistent behavior or ideals? It would seem that the answer is no! Unless it turns out she’s been in the midst of one long psychotic break, I truly think this is one of the most poorly written characters I’ve read in a long time.

Also not to sound snobby, but I’m sorry… this is not literary fiction, this is commercial genre fiction.

71% done and I still hate it!!!

I hate this so far and really hope something major happens which allows me to understand a single choice this woman has made because much like the main character’s life, this entire plot is soooooooo contrived.

In my constant quest to be a Renaissance Woman™, I’ve decided to get into poetry. My extensive research (Reddit) told me this collection is accessible, but not so painfully low brow that I’ll be a laughingstock.
