Reading one chapter of Vanity Fair every day until I finish the whole book. Should take me approximately two months!

What in the Nazgûl was that????

I need to stop listening to this book while eating meals. Like, ew. So much gore.

Two words: Plot armour

NO, NO FLOATING. STOP WITH THE FLOATING. DOWN HERE WE SINK WE DON'T FLOAT.
Can you tell I'm scared of this book. Give me the strength to finish this.

No way, this pirate in Penzance (actually general Cornwall but whatever) is just a nobleman who has gone wrong. Iykyk

It's been a week and I'm only at 20 percent, *sigh* we're in for the long haul folks. Also, scary book 😧

So, years ago I bought an audiobook of this so I thought I may as well finally get round to listening to it 🙃 my first ever CoHo read, I'm scared

Who would have known that this book would drop some extremely deep stuff on you. Certainly not me

🎶why you so obsessed with me🎶

I'm getting there

Omg I'm actually going to finish this, I can't believe it

Anatole Kuragin you are not seeing the pearly gates also, I keep saying 'idiot child' out loud so yeah this plot deeply distresses me

NOOOOOO NATASHA STAY AWAY FROM HIM WHAT ARE YOU DOINGGGG

Picking up a very old fave to get myself out of this reading slump because it's ridiculous at this point

I have so many questions

*Magnus Bane has entered the chat*

Felt like I couldn't breathe that whole time in Thule. Literally sobbed over ppl who aren't even the main characters of this book. The way this series has such an effect on me after so many years

I am SO ready for this

I've read this before and this book had me almost crying and overall way more emotional than I was reading this book 7 and a half years ago. Somehow knowing what's about to happen made it so so much worse

I forgot how much fun banter is in these books. It's a good time

Only 6 chapters in and I already know this is going to end up an all time favourite :D

I'm so so excited to start my big classic summer

Ngl, this audiobook is really making my experience reading 100 times worse. I'll continue until the end, but I definitely am going to want to take the time to sit and read it myself because the audiobook is just making me hate everyone. Or maybe that's the point idk there's just something about the way this audiobook narrator is characterizing stuff which I find super grating...

There is so much going on yet nothing is happening lmao

This book is crazyyyyy. I can't believe I dnfed this before

Can't believe it took me 70% of the book to finally clock why the book has this title

Ummmm this book is so weird and idk what to make of it
