This was a somewhat strange book and not for the faint of heart There is not too much to say without giving away a lot of the book and that would definitely spoil it but it is a mystery and love story but not your typical one.

This was a very different slant on the beginnings of Nazism and its horrorific spread. The characters are truly human and you feel their pain and love.
very good read.

this is a tremendously difficult book to read since it was during 'my time' and 1/3 of the guys in my grad class went overseas to vietnam

This is a true page turner a bit scientific for me but still very good reading!

This is a hard book to read it meanders all over the place and i am hard pressed tofind any good thing abt it so far

Just started do not really care for storries in the first person but hope to get used to it
