So many fantastic recipes!

I am so excited for this cookbook! I have watched Lisa’s channel for quite some time. I plan on working through this cookbook and the recipes going into the new year. So far, I have made her Cilantro Lime Shrimp which was delicious, easy and great because everything except the lime and cilantro came from the freezer and pantry, 5 star! The second recipe I made was Homemade Granola. The perfect breakfast and snack.

Why am I feeling like Jeremy wrote Verity’s manuscripts?

DNF at 65%, I put it down for a few weeks to see if I would want to come back to it and I just don’t care to finish. I love Mary Kay Andrews books, but I don’t know if it’s her or if it’s me, the last two have not interested me. This one didn’t feel all that beachy, and it was stale on the romance and besides the grandma I didn’t care for any of the characters.

Caitlin Doughty, I love your books so much! I won’t know what to do when I finish.
